Meet Jhoseline Roca, a dedicated mother of two who has spent a significant part of her life working with underprivileged communities. Her journey and passion for community service began at the young age of fourteen and led her to pursue a career in accounting and mortgage origination. Ms. Roca’s objective is to positively impact the lives and finances of those who need it most.

Jhoseline has extensive expertise in various types of mortgage programs, including VA, FHA, USDA, Conventional, and non-traditional loan programs such as investment, jumbo, bank statement and TAX ID (ITIN) loans.

With over a decade of experience as a tax specialist, and Mortgage loan officer, Ms. Roca is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients.
